VCA Animal Hospitals offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, which includes Medical/Dental/Vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, discounts on pet care, paid time off, holidays, and sick leave, along with health and wellness programs that provide resources and training. The compensation range for this position is $30-33 per hour, negotiable based on your qualifications, experience, and credentials.
