We are seeking a skilled ICU Nurse to join our team on a per diem basis. As a per diem nurse, you will have the flexibility to choose your shifts and work at various healthcare facilities.
Job Summary:
The ICU Nurse will provide high-quality patient care in the Intensive Care Unit, working closely with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in the ICU, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medication, and treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Florida.
- Experience working in the ICU or a similar critical care setting.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
