Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional care to medical and post-operative patients, with a focus on teamwork, empathy, and compassion.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to adults and pediatric patients, including those with post-operative needs and medical conditions such as sepsis, pancreatitis, and stable pneumothorax.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Assist with patient transfers and mobility as needed.
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
- Current LPN license in the state of hire.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift and turn patients with assistance.
