About the Opportunity

We're seeking a reliable and customer-focused Class A CDL Delivery Driver to join our team at Eagle Rock Distributing. As a key member of our delivery team, you'll play a crucial role in getting our premium and craft beers, cider, and other beverages safely and efficiently to our valued customers across Colorado.

Job Duties:
  • Safely operate a delivery truck to transport beverages to various customer locations.
  • Deliver and service all Eagle Rock Distributing Co. products within assigned accounts.
  • Load and unload beverage products, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Merchandise and stock coolers to effectively increase sell-through of products.
  • Manage rotation of product and maintain a neat inventory in each account.
  • Complete all sales tickets, obtain payment for product at each account, and related paperwork.
  • Maintain delivery logs, records, and necessary documentation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Adhere to all safety standards and protocols while handling and transporting beverages.
  • Communicate effectively with the dispatch team and address any delivery-related issues promptly.
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs.
About You

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who possesses a valid Class A CDL and DOT medical card. If you have a high school diploma or GED, a clean motor vehicle record, and excellent customer service skills, we'd love to hear from you. Previous driving and/or delivery experience is a plus, but not required.

What We Offer

As a Class A CDL Delivery Driver at Eagle Rock Distributing, you'll enjoy a competitive pay structure, including daily salary, commission eligibility, pay-for-performance bonuses, and generous overtime opportunities. Our drivers start at approximately $50,000 (depending on route) and can grow earnings substantially with company experience. We also offer excellent benefits, including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match and profit-sharing.
