Job Description:
As an Assistant Facility Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology services in your facility. Your primary goal will be to develop strategic objectives, provide high-quality services, and direct staff to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet the minimum job qualifications for Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Interact with physicians to promote best practices and enhance patient care.
• Review monthly referral and marketing reports, as well as quarterly reviews.
• Orient new therapists to procedures and protocols.
• Develop and implement new clinical programs to improve patient care.
• Review equipment needs and help develop budgets for acquisition.
• Collaborate with other managers to ensure fiscally responsible management.
• Propose policies for effective practice management.
• Ensure flexibility in work hours to accommodate patient load fluctuations.
• Participate in community events and speaking engagements to promote physical therapy and St. Luke's network.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Must have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology. Successful completion of required affiliations is also necessary.
