Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments, medication management, and develop medical care plans under physician supervision.
- Obtain patient medical history, conduct physical examinations, and update patient records.
- Deliver quality care, maintain company metrics, and provide ongoing care information to patients.
- Support medical emergencies, ensure a safe clinical environment, and comply with all legal and professional requirements.
- Perform administrative duties, as needed, and adhere to NSPC policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- An active and valid practitioner license.
- A completed Master's Degree from an accredited graduate school program AND current NCCPA or AANPCP certification.
- Possession of, or eligibility to be granted, a valid license, DEA, and NPI in the state of practice.
- Current CPR, BLS, and ACLS certifications.
- Excellent patient care skills and awareness of legal implications in healthcare.
- Knowledge of business/healthcare operations and standards of best practice.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and EMR systems.
- The capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate resourcefulness and proactivity.
- Excellent organizational/multi-tasking skills and ability to provide outstanding customer service.
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring authorization sponsorship.
- Completion of satisfactory background check.
