Job Title: Cardiac Rehabilitation Director

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiac Rehabilitation Director to lead our cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management and operations of the cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation programs.
  • Responsible for the Pacemaker ICD department, ensuring timely and proper documentation and billing.
  • Collaborate with Medical Directors of Cardiac Rehab and Electrophysiology to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and maintain budgetary goals, ensuring the department's financial stability.
  • Maintain knowledge of hospital, department, and regulatory agency policies and requirements.

Requirements:

  • Five years of inpatient nursing experience, including at least one year of critical care.
  • Two years of cardiac rehab experience.
  • A graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, with a Bachelor of Science in nursing.
  • Must be registered in Massachusetts.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of management experience.
  • Experience caring for patients with cardiac implant devices.
  • Patient education and/or behavior modification experience.
  • A Master's degree in nursing, business, or healthcare administration.
