Lighthouse Autism Center is seeking a dedicated Autism Therapist to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children ranging from 18 months to school age. As an ABA Specialist, you will collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized therapy plans. Our play-based and naturalistic therapy environment provides the perfect setting for you to apply your creativity and advanced techniques. Key responsibilities include guiding children's progress in educational and social settings, preparing them for successful transitions, and documenting and tracking each child's development. Requirements:

  • Lifting/Carrying more than 50 lbs.
  • Able to sustain impact to body (i.e., being hit, etc.) in any area.
  • Running, crouching, squatting, and ability to kneel for sustained periods of time.
  • Bending at the waist to touch knees and/or toes.
  • Full range of motion of hands and arms.
  • Sitting on the floor and chair for long periods of time.
  • Ability to move quickly from standing to seated, or kneeling position, without support.
  • Communicate expressively and receptively both verbally and written.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred.
