Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our team at The Meadows of Ottawa. As an STNA, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with our nursing team to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as toileting, feeding, and transferring
  • Monitor and report changes in residents' condition, including any signs of illness or injury
  • Participate in daily nursing reports and contribute to the development of individualized care plans
Requirements
  • A current, unencumbered, state nurse aide license
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with our team
  • A desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents
