Job Summary:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant on our Neurology Med Surg unit, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care to individuals with complex neurological conditions. Our team is dedicated to delivering innovative and compassionate care, and we are seeking a skilled and compassionate CNA to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform delegated patient activities as assigned by licensed nursing personnel to achieve patient care goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care to patients and their families.
• Utilize effective communication skills to ensure seamless care transitions and patient satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 16 years of age required.
• Possesses a Certified Nursing Assistant certification in the state of Nebraska required.
• Demonstrated effective communication skills required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire required, must be from an American Heart Association (AHA) endorsed program.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of computer data entry and word processing preferred.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
