Job Title: Travel L&D RN - Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Travel L&D RN to join our team at Focus Staff. As a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:

As a Travel L&D RN, you will be responsible for assessing, implementing, and evaluating total nursing care and functions in accordance with established philosophy. You will work collaboratively with medical staff to provide quality care in a compassionate and professional manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized nursing plans of care
  • Assess and manage both emotional and physical patient needs
  • Communicate effectively with patients and families to provide education and support
  • Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to entry-level nurses
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Labor and Delivery RN
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
