About the Role

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Columbus, Nebraska.

Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitation services to our patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of referred patients to identify their medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address patient goals and objectives, under the direction of a physician.
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering physical therapy interventions, educating patients and families on appropriate physical therapy methods, and documenting patient progress.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and evaluate comprehensive care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
Requirements
  • A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with relevant experience.
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Physical Therapist/PT or actively pursuing licensure.
  • Minimum one year of experience in physical therapy.
  • CPR certification.
