Host Healthcare is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join their team in Sidney, Montana.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Respiratory Therapist to work with our team in Sidney, MT. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working closely with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide respiratory care to patients with a variety of conditions, including respiratory failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and pneumonia.
  • Conduct pulmonary function tests, including spirometry and arterial blood gas analysis.
  • Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans for patients.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of Montana.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist in an acute care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
