Floral Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Floral Designer to join our team at NovaTech Solutions. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning flower and plant arrangements that exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain attractive flower and plant displays to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Provide exceptional customer service, offering personalized consultations and sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving stock, to maintain optimal levels and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store environment.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.

Requirements:

• Successful completion of a floristry training program or equivalent experience.
• Proven creativity and attention to detail in designing visually appealing displays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer service.
• Basic math skills and accuracy in handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
