Position Summary

We are in search of a dedicated full-time Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team, reporting directly to the Bar Supervisor. This role provides an opportunity to cultivate a culture of memorable experiences for our members and their guests. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding member service while upholding the highest standards of integrity. A successful candidate will thrive under pressure, demonstrate teamwork, and exhibit organization, flexibility, self-motivation, and reliability.

Join our enthusiastic year-round Food & Beverage team, which includes managers, supervisors, and staff from both front and back of the house, alongside a remarkable group of seasonal employees from around the globe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet members and guests warmly as they arrive at the bar.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to standard recipes.
  • Ensure consistent beverage quality by following recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Monitor member satisfaction and address any concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar equipment, ensuring the bar area is well-stocked and orderly.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and restock supplies as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with legal drinking age regulations.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of three months of bartending experience in the hospitality sector.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation.
  • Proficiency in using POS technology.
  • Ability to meet physical demands, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
