Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to individuals with behavioral health needs, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Current Maryland RN license or eligibility for Maryland RN license.
- BLS certification.
- BSN preferred.
- Experience in behavioral health or psychiatric nursing is a plus.
