Job SummaryThis is a shift position that requires 40 hours per week of work, with a 30-minute response time for on-call responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have one year of experience as a RN, with at least 6 months of recent Home Health experience.
Responsibilities- Complete nursing assessments of patients and document appropriately into patient records.
- Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members.

- Physical Abilities: Remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment lbs), pushing, pulling, bending.
