Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Armed Security Supervisor to play a vital role in our organization. The chosen candidate will oversee the performance of security personnel and liaise with site managers and the Account Manager. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours of work per week.


Work Schedule: 6 PM to 6 AM

Note: Additional hours may be necessary to maintain site coverage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct patrols across various locations in the Northern Virginia region using a company-provided vehicle.
  • Support the Account Manager with scheduling and personnel call-offs.
  • Monitor and evaluate security officers on duty.
  • Engage with site managers during inspections.
  • Maintain daily communication with the Account Manager.
  • Assist Security Officers in resolving on-site challenges.
Required Qualifications:
  • Possession of a valid DCJS Armed Security Officer Registration.
  • Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of security protocols and equipment.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Clean driving record is essential.
  • Must successfully pass multiple background checks.
