About the Role

LHC Group is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our Home Health team in Bossier City, Louisiana.

As an Occupational Therapist with LHC Group, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patient care needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, home assessments, and adaptive equipment.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Conduct patient assessments, evaluate functional status, and report findings to the nurse supervisor and physician.
Requirements
  • Current Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
