Sun Tanning Director

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salon Operations Coordinator to join our team at Sun Tan City - Todays Tanning. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our team in delivering exceptional client experiences and maintaining operational excellence to meet or exceed established productivity goals. You will also provide coaching, training, and feedback to improve Team Members' daily performance and establish clear goals and objectives for them.

Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and manage daily operations of the salon in a fast-paced environment
* Lead by example in all company operations including creating a client-centric experience and meeting personal sales expectations
* Maintain a professional and impeccably clean salon environment
* Establishes clear goals and objectives for Team Members
* Provides coaching, training, and feedback to improve Team Members' daily performance

Requirements:
* College education preferred, but not required
* Management and/or Sales experience required
* Basic Computer skills (ability to use Word, Excel, and Outlook)
* Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple situations simultaneously

Salary:
$45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience
