Position Summary:

The Senior Supply Chain Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing supply chain efficiency for PsiQuantum as we transition from research and development to the production phase of our groundbreaking quantum computing technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate terms of delivery, pricing, and contracts with essential technology suppliers.
  • Oversee and manage supplier relationships and performance for extensive engineering and capital projects.
  • Develop and scale a global supply network for cryogenic vacuum chambers and associated electro-optical components.
  • Refine and improve supplier selection and onboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to meet organizational goals related to cost, schedule, and performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant business or technical discipline; an MBE or ME is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to navigate trade-offs in technical supplier selections.
  • Experience in successfully scaling small or emerging supply chains.
  • Expertise in contract negotiation and management.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in a Supply Chain Manager role or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with ERP (NetSuite) and PLM (Arena) systems or similar platforms.
