Job Title: Draftsman

Snelling Staffing is seeking a skilled Draftsman to join a well-established company in Odessa, Texas.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Draftsman to work with our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating technical drawings using AutoCAD, communicating with architects and engineers, and ensuring final designs are compliant with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop technical drawings using AutoCAD
  • Collaborate with architects and engineers to incorporate knowledge and feedback into drawings
  • Review and redraft drawings alongside the engineering team
  • Ensure final designs meet regulatory requirements
  • Identify and communicate potential design issues to the team
Requirements:
  • Must have experience with AutoCAD
  • Must have engineering/architecture drafting experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or degree from technical college
  • Background and drug screening required for this position
