PARS Therapy is a leading provider of home health services, seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team on a part-time (PRN) basis in El Paso.

As an Occupational Therapist with PARS Therapy, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life. Your expertise will be essential in creating personalized treatment plans that address each patient's unique needs and goals.

• Evaluate patients' physical and mental abilities to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans to enhance patients' strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Monitor patients' progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and outcomes

• Current licensure to practice occupational therapy in the state of Texas
• Graduate degree or higher in occupational therapy
• Proven experience working with patients with various conditions and needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus opportunities for professional growth and development.
