Job Overview: As a Facility Custodian at Green Peak Innovations, your primary role is to ensure a hygienic and secure atmosphere within the premises. This encompasses cleaning, sanitizing, and conducting maintenance duties in various areas including production zones, administrative offices, communal spaces, and outdoor grounds. You may also be tasked with general upkeep and other responsibilities as assigned. This position operates during the second shift, Monday through Friday.

Key Duties:

  • Executing cleaning and sanitation activities throughout the facility
  • Managing floor care including sweeping, vacuuming, and waxing
  • Maintaining cleanliness of floors, windows, and other pertinent areas
  • Providing specialized cleaning services in accordance with state, federal, and company standards
  • Cleaning all machinery utilized in the production area
  • Maintaining open communication with supervisors regarding any concerns or challenges

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum age of 21 years

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to efficiently perform various manual labor tasks
  • Capacity to accurately follow instructions
  • Aptitude to work independently or collaboratively within a team
  • Familiarity with safety and cannabis industry regulations
