- Technical Skills: Be proficient in computer skills and able to learn new software.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer Service Experience: Have customer service experience and/or phone sales experience.
- Language Skills: Be proficient in Spanish language.
- Prolonged Sitting: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer and telephone.
- Lifting: Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
