About the Role

FusionSite is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support via various channels, including phone, email, and in-person.
  • Order Management: Collect and enter orders for new or additional products and services, including billing data.
  • Sales and Upselling: Utilize customer contact to sell additional/enhanced products, services, and events, when possible.
  • Issue Resolution: Field customer questions and complaints, and escalate issues to specialists or other team members when necessary.
  • Account Management: Maintain customer accounts and records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, including active listening.
  • Service-Oriented: Demonstrate a service-oriented mindset and ability to resolve customer grievances.
  • Technical Skills: Be proficient in computer skills and able to learn new software.
Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer Service Experience: Have customer service experience and/or phone sales experience.
  • Language Skills: Be proficient in Spanish language.
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged Sitting: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer and telephone.
  • Lifting: Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
