**Job Responsibilities:**

As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments to identify treatment needs.
  • Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans to improve strength, balance, endurance, coordination, joint range of motion, muscle flexibility, and movement patterns.
  • Designing and instructing home exercise programs for clients and direct care staff.
  • Preparing clinical treatment plans and progress notes for clients seen.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree from an accredited university or institution offering physical therapy curriculum.
  • Licensure by examination to practice as a physical therapist.
  • Member of the American Physical Therapy Association.
  • Two years' work experience with Adult Neurologically Disabled/TBI population preferred.
