About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineering Senior Project Manager to join our team at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC). As a key member of our Land Development Sector, you will be responsible for managing project teams to create comprehensive land development plans for our commercial, institutional, and energy clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project teams to develop land development plans, including site layouts, grading plans, stormwater management facilities, and utilities.
  • Review and provide technical input on design aspects, including site layouts, grading plans, and stormwater management facilities.
  • Interface with clients, contractors, and local government officials to ensure successful project execution.
  • Mentor and supervise junior engineers to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Develop and implement project budgets, schedules, and quality control measures.
Requirements
  • 12+ years' experience working in the Land Development Sector.
  • BS in Civil Engineering.
  • Professional Engineering License (P.E.) in South Carolina.
  • Ability to speak and write professionally.
  • Ability to develop and mentor staff.
  • Ability to provide technical review of Civil Engineering deliverables.
  • Ability to prepare proposals and manage project execution.
  • Local connections with developers, architects, energy clients, or other land development arenas.
  • Ability to interface with clients, network, and develop business.
