Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Outpatient Therapist to join our team at Family & Community Service of Delaware County.

Job Purpose: Provide individual, couples, family, and group outpatient therapy to children, adolescents, and adults in a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions using a hybrid model.
  • Develop and maintain therapeutic alliances while maintaining professional boundaries.
  • Complete all necessary documentation to maintain participant medical records.
  • Participate in activities related to clinical outcomes data collection and quality assurance processes.
  • Represent the Agency in a positive manner at all times.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a human service field, including psychology, counseling, or social work.
  • LPC or LCSW preferred.
  • Able to work evenings.
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team.
  • Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office applications.
