Hill Country Community Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Centers is seeking a skilled EHR Developer to join our team.

About the Role:

The Electronic Health Record (EHR) Developer will play a crucial role in supporting the development of our EHR system. This includes acting as a project manager for EHR projects, maintaining a change log, developing new forms, and assessing departmental needs for efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a comprehensive change log for all activities within the EHR.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to develop and implement changes into the EHR, including developing forms, progress note templates, and new programs.
  • Assess and provide feedback on existing workflows, forms, and documentation.
  • Support the reporting building team in identifying and pulling accurate information from the EHR.
