Role Overview:
This position requires a Civil Engineer with experience in the Oil and Gas industry, specifically in refining and chemical environments. The focus will be on providing support for ongoing projects and operational needs within a functioning plant.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate as an independent Discipline Engineer, applying established guidelines and standards to address common technical issues.
• Potentially hold Technical Authority TA3, depending on role requirements.
• Collaborate across disciplines to ensure project delivery through a structured process.
• Engage in design, operation, or maintenance tasks, interfacing with various stakeholders and overseeing contractor activities. This role may involve budget responsibilities.
• Maintain relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders at a tactical level, managing the implications of project outcomes.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Experience in Projects & Delivery within EPC environments
• Familiarity with Owner/Operator frameworks
• Onshore facility experience is essential
• A valid TWIC Card is required

Compensation:
The hourly pay range for this role is $76.00 to $112.00, with variations based on relevant experience and skills.

Additional Requirements:
• Valid driver's license and minimum state-required vehicle insurance are necessary for site access.
