Mechanic Supervisor

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.

Delta Downs Racetrack Casino Hotel is a premier entertainment destination in the United States, providing an exciting experience for guests from all over the country.

We are seeking a skilled Mechanic Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the facility through preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and other related systems.

• Perform routine checks and inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventive measures.
• Troubleshoot problems with systems and take appropriate corrective action.
• Respond to emergency situations such as fire, power outage, gas or water leaks.
• Maintain equipment with standard procedures and protocols.
• Notify management concerning need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment.
• Maintain accurate records on all equipment maintenance and repair.

The ideal candidate will have a trade school graduate or equivalent experience and at least three years of experience in a commercial or industrial setting. Must be able to safely and effectively operate hand and power tools, read and comprehend technical material, schematics, and blueprints, and lift 50+ pounds. Additional certifications and licenses may be required depending on the position.
