  • Position Summary
    • As a staff pharmacist, you will deliver home infusion and specialized pharmaceutical care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Responsibilities include managing patient medication therapies, providing educational support to patients, and overseeing the preparation and dispensing of medications and medical supplies. You will be instrumental in promoting high-quality, evidence-based, and cost-effective pharmaceutical care within assigned clinical areas.
  • Qualifications
    • Education
      • Required: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from an ACPE accredited institution
      • Preferred: Doctorate in Pharmacy with completion of an ASHP accredited PGY1 residency
    • Experience
      • Preferred: Minimum of 2 years in retail pharmacy, intravenous therapy in a hospital, or home infusion environment
    • Skills
      • No specific skills required
    • Licensure/Certification/Registration
      • Must be registered with the Missouri Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacist or be eligible for registration and obtain within 90 days of employment
      • Eligibility for licensure requires submission of a Pharmacy License application upon hiring
      • Certification in Medication Therapy Services or eligibility to obtain within 90 days of employment
      • Possession of a valid Driver's License
