Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Automation Specialist to join our team at Kellanova's Pikeville location. As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining state-of-the-art computerized and mechanical equipment.

Salary: $31.80 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Execute safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
  • Analyze production equipment failures and identify root causes
  • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, including pneumatics, drives, hydraulics, and conveyors
  • Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Food Safety, and Environmental Health and Safety personnel to drive forward production
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED or 2-year technical degree in a relevant field
  • At least two years of maintenance experience or equivalent knowledge
  • Ability to pass evaluation tests and practical hands-on evaluations
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated knowledge of behavior-based safety systems
