Job Summary:

CommonSpirit Health is seeking a skilled IT Specialist to join our End User Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and services to our users, ensuring the smooth operation of our desktop hardware and systems.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and services to users, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of desktop hardware and systems.
• Respond to incidents and problems, and fulfill requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Troubleshoot complex technical problems and engage with other IT teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor the performance of desktop hardware and maintain a secure environment.
• Develop and maintain knowledge management databases to capture problem reporting and resolution.
• Participate in local and enterprise projects, and may coach and advise other team members.

Requirements:

• Associate's degree or technical institute degree/certificate, or 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced customer service skills and proficiency in Windows operating system environment, network printing systems, and Microsoft Office modules.
• Google Suite experience is preferred, and healthcare experience is strongly preferred.
