The Radiologic Technologist will be responsible for operating X-ray equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images under the direction of a board-certified radiologist. Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing a variety of X-ray exams on patients of all ages, ensuring accurate and safe imaging procedures.
  • Documenting patient information and exam results in a detailed and accurate manner.
  • Screening patients for ionizing radiation and/or CT contrast, and obtaining informed consent as necessary.
  • Communicating effectively with patients and colleagues to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Maintaining a positive attitude and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of X-ray experience preferred (CT experience is also preferred but not required).
  • BLS Certification.
  • Maine RT Licensure.
