We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated EVS Lead Technician to join our team at CommonSpirit Health Mountain Region. As a key member of our Environmental Services team, you will be responsible for leading the work of others, scheduling, coordinating shift change activities, and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and infection control in our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the work of EVS Technicians and EVS Tech Specialists in maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
- Provide training and guidance to EVS Technicians and EVS Tech Specialists to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous healthcare experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 25 pounds frequently.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
We offer a competitive salary range of $19.13 to $29.32 per hour, depending on experience. Our Total Rewards package includes medical, dental, and vision benefits, retirement account options, tuition reimbursement, and student loan forgiveness.
