Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at The Greenbrier Hotel. As a key member of our Housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality in our luxurious rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective room cleaning and maintenance.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and quality are maintained.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to meet the needs of our guests.
  • Manage and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Train and develop housekeeping staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional service.
  • Monitor and report on housekeeping performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and policies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel or resort.
  • Proven track record of delivering high standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Intermediate computer skills and knowledge of housekeeping software.
  • Valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Opera and Knowcross systems.
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices.
  • Certification in housekeeping or a related field.
