Key Responsibilities

  • Assist individuals with their personal hygiene and support those with behavioral challenges and complex needs.
  • Develop real relationships with the individuals you serve and help them achieve their developmental goals.
  • Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
  • Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
