As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of the theatre bar area. This includes ensuring cleanliness, organization, safety, and maintenance, as well as preparing and serving beverages to guests while enhancing their movie experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comply with all company policies and state/federal liquor regulations, ensuring that all bar staff adhere to these standards.
  • Have a thorough understanding of all items available at the bar, enabling you to answer inquiries, provide recommendations, and promote sales.
  • Monitor guests' alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service.

Bartender Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in alcohol service within a bar environment.
  • Completion of the Learn2Serve training course and Certification Exam is required with a passing score.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Familiarity with state and local liquor laws.
  • Exceptional guest service abilities.
  • Able to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are advantageous.
