Ecumen North Branch features 51 assisted living rental apartments, 68 nursing home beds, and 20 additional residences dedicated to seniors requiring memory care, along with transitional care services.

Job Details:
Part-Time
- Shifts: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, or 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM. Positions require working various weekdays, every other weekend, and rotating holidays.
Compensation: $21.69/hour based on experience, with additional shift differentials for evening ($1.00/hour) and overnight shifts ($2.00/hour).
This position is eligible for a bonus funded by the MN Department of Human Services.
On-Call/Casual: Flexible scheduling with a minimum commitment of 4 shifts per month (including two weekend shifts) and 2 holidays per year (double pay).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with treatments and daily living activities as assigned by the Clinical Director according to the individualized care plan.
- Provide physical care to residents following established procedures and performance standards, including Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), monitoring vital signs, and facilitating Range of Motion exercises to promote independence and dignity.
- Respond promptly to safety hazards, call lights, requests, and reassignment of duties.
- Report changes in residents' physical conditions, behaviors, and levels of independence to nursing staff.
- Assist with admissions and discharges, ensuring accurate documentation of all relevant information.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues in a dynamic environment, supporting all staff as directed by the Clinical Director or Registered Nurse.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- Certified Nursing Assistant certification
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Adherence to all safety regulations and facility policies, including but not limited to: Vulnerable Adult and Abuse Policy, HIPAA, Resident's Bill of Rights, and OSHA standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience as a CNA or in a similar role
- Experience working with seniors.
