Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Design Director to lead our creative teams at Encore Global. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing innovative design-centric solutions that drive business growth and excellence.

About the Role

This is a senior-level position that requires exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and creative vision. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative strategies that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple creative teams to conceptualize and develop design-centric solutions that fulfill strategic business objectives.
  • Develop client relationships and ensure successful execution of creative deliverables.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to acquire resources and coordinate project activities.
  • Maintain high creative standards and ensure quality output.
  • Participate in creative presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A BA/BS degree in environmental design, architecture, graphic design or a related field.
  • 7+ years of production and creative experience, with 3+ years of people management experience.
  • Solid knowledge of creative and strategic disciplines, including strong problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional organization, time management, and multitasking skills.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide:
