Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centered care to patients based on acuity and coordinate patient care in hospital or clinic settings
  • Collaborate with clinical leaders to develop and implement protocols
  • Work in traditional clinic settings, training environments, or other areas as assigned
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (RN) degree
  • BSN in Nursing, preferred
  • Current New Mexico Nursing License
  • Considerable knowledge of healthcare facilities, policies, and issues
  • Ability to coordinate functions and activities for maximum cooperation and integration of services
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to work with various levels of the CHRISTUS organization
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Related experience with quality, care coordination, and population health
