Job Title: RN CCU Full Time Days

At Abrazo Health Network, we are committed to providing exceptional patient care and a supportive work environment for our nursing team. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our CCU team in a full-time, day shift position.

Job Summary:

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a strong foundation in critical care nursing. As a Registered Nurse in our CCU, you will provide high-quality patient care, coordinate care planning with other disciplines, and act as a supervisor to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized, age-specific, and direct bedside nursing care based on the nursing process and patient needs.
  • Coordinate care planning with other disciplines to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Act as a supervisor, assessing, planning, delegating, and utilizing independent judgment in directing other healthcare employees for the provision of patient care.
  • Systematically evaluate the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice to identify patient goals.
  • Participate in hourly rounding and observe safety guidelines and safe work practices.
  • May be asked to be in charge for a shift(s) and supervise other members of the healthcare team.
Requirements:
  • License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona.
  • CPR and ACLS certifications as applicable by Facility/by Department.
  • Minimum of two years of current Level III NICU experience, including neonatal ventilator experience.
  • Preferred experience in acute care, with certification in specialty area of practice.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • BSN degree.
  • 1 year of acute care experience.
  • Certification in specialty area of practice.
