Job Summary
This role involves preparing baked goods according to recipe standards, ensuring quality and quantity expectations are met, and maintaining a clean workspace. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Range
$16.50 Hourly (after 90-day introductory period)
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare attractive baked goods according to recipe, Wheatsville, and Health Department standards.
• Ensure quality and quantity expectations are met and bakehouse products are kept stocked.
• Prioritize demands to meet the baked goods needs of a multi-store operation.
• Maintain a high level of production in order to supply multiple locations.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workspace throughout shift.
Requirements
• A FOOD HANDLER'S CERTIFICATE is required.
• Ability to communicate well and follow tasks, recipes, and documents.
• Physical stamina to perform frequent standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching, lifting up to 50lbs.
