Job Title: Reliability Engineer with Cloud Expertise

The ideal candidate will lead a team responsible for our systems\' reliability, performance, and efficiency. This role involves a strategic blend of engineering and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of reliability engineers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with product teams to design scalable solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a monitoring system to detect and mitigate issues.
  • Handle incidents to reduce time-to-repair.
  • Participate in post-mortem analyses to prevent future outages.
  • Manage priorities, projects, and the team\'s workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with security best practices.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to improve system reliability.

Requirements:

  • 12 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or similar roles.
  • 5 years of experience in a lead position.
  • Experience mentoring geographically dispersed teams.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
  • Extensive experience with cloud services.
  • Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
  • Deliver architectural initiatives that drive efficiency.

Education:

Bachelor\'s degree in computer science or a related field; Master\'s preferred.
