The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Sales Associate to join our team at Jimmy Choo. As a brand representative, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, building lasting relationships with clients, and driving sales results. You will work in a dynamic and inspiring environment with opportunities for individual development and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Results: Deliver an elevated customer experience through pre- and post-sale service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Cultivate Client Relationships: Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized service.
  • Partner with Management: Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales targets, drive business growth, and implement sales strategies.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including terminology associated with Jimmy Choo shoes and accessories.
  • Brand Ambassador: Act as a brand ambassador in the community, fostering customer relationships and promoting the Jimmy Choo brand.
  • Visual Standards: Ensure visual standards are maintained at all times, including store displays and merchandise presentation.
  • Key-Holder Responsibilities: Perform key-holder duties, including store opening and closing, cash handling, and financial responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Luxury Retail Experience: 2+ years of experience in luxury retail, with a proven track record of building client relationships and driving sales results.
  • Self-Starter: A self-motivated individual with the ability to drive results and take initiative.
  • Customer Service Focus: A customer service-focused individual with the ability to sell with passion and enthusiasm.
  • Technologically Savvy: A technologically savvy individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to learn.
