Automotive Technician

Mavis Tire Supply is seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at one of our state-of-the-art automotive service, repair, and tire sales centers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and performing a wide variety of automotive services on customers' vehicles.

• Inspect and diagnose vehicle problems to determine the necessary repairs
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations
• Repair and replace brake systems, suspension components, and other undercar parts
• Complete state-mandated inspections and ensure vehicles meet safety standards
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues

• 2 years of experience and/or training in automotive repair and maintenance
• State inspection license(s) and ASE Certifications in Automotive Maintenance and Light Repair (G1), Suspension and Steering (A4), and Brakes (A5)
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, climb, pull, reach, and perform repeated and repetitive movements consistent with vehicle maintenance and automotive repair
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move items weighing over 50 pounds
