Revival Home Health & Hospice is seeking a passionate and dedicated Home Health Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Washington DC. This opportunity offers flexibility and autonomy, allowing you to grow your therapy skillset while providing essential one-on-one care in patients' homes.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders based on physician orders/referrals.
- Complete comprehensive evaluations using appropriate assessment tools and procedures.
- Review patient records for current diagnosis, past medical history, precautions, and contraindications.
- Establish measurable goals and develop treatment plans to maximize patients' abilities.
- Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology.
- Current licensure in State and American Heart Association CPR certification required; CPR certification may be offered upon hire.
- One year of experience in speech pathology, home health experience preferred.
- Mileage reimbursement.

The estimated salary for this role is $44.00 - $66.00 per hour, depending on experience.
