Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including lubrication, oil changes, and filter replacements
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues with conveyors, feeders, hydraulic systems, pumps, and other production components
- Assist in equipment inspections and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with plant personnel to ensure efficient and safe operation of the facility
- Comply with all safety, health, and environmental regulations and company policies
- 3+ years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance and repair
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
