Job Title: Accounting Clerk

Hamilton Enterprises, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support a Federal client in Denver, CO.

Job Summary:

The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for performing various accounting and administrative tasks, including data entry, financial reporting, and record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and reconcile financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and credits
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and spreadsheets
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree or two years of higher education from an accredited institution
  • Ability to write professionally, edit, and refine internal/external documents
  • Ability to spell and notice spelling errors when proofreading is critical
  • Expertise with word processing, spreadsheets, and other automated systems
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment and communicate effectively
